Parent Volunteer Training
Thank you for volunteering at Montecito Union School! Your involvement helps make our campus a welcoming, supportive, and safe environment for every student.
Complete Your Required Training
Before volunteering on campus, please complete the required online safety training by following the four simple steps below.

Begin by watching this short, 94-second video explaining how to register for the online safety training platform.

After watching the video, visit the Safety Training Portal. Follow the registration instructions to create your account, then log in.
Open Safety Training PortalFind Your Required Course
Once logged in, navigate to Available Courses. Locate and select the following training:
Complete the online course at your own pace. You may pause the training and return as needed.
Complete the Final Assessment
At the end of the training, you will complete a short assessment that takes approximately five minutes.
A score of 70% or higher is required to successfully complete the training.
✓ You're All Set!
Once you successfully complete the training, you do not need to print a certificate or notify the school. Montecito Union School staff can verify your training completion directly through the Safety Training Portal.
