Montecito Union School Meals

We are pleased to serve all enrolled students well-balanced, nutritious meals through the School Breakfast Program and National School Lunch Program. Breakfast and lunch are free to all students through the California Universal Meals Program. For students who pre-order, breakfast is served before school from 8:00 - 8:20 AM and lunch is served during your child's designated lunch period. Please see the bell schedule for specific lunch times. Breakfast and lunch are also available at no cost to students who attend field trips.

Meals served to students are in alignment with the USDA meal patterns and nutrition standards for their age group. These standards ensure that meals provide appropriate amounts of calories, whole grains, saturated fat, sodium, and other nutrients. The meal components offered are meat/meat alternates, grains, fruit, vegetables, and fluid milk.

If you have any questions please reach out to Melissa Spink, Student Meals Program Coordinator, at mspink@montecitou.org or (805) 969-3249 x331.
